Story for U:don

Takanori-san approached us for U:don based on the work we did on Momiji and previous experience developing Blue C Sushi and Boom Noodle. Our intention for U:don was to use Tak's established idea and expand that concept into the retail dining space and brand experience. Our goal was to match the freshness of the handmade noodles with clean, clear surfaces and communication.
